Following the vision, missions, and objectives of Public Administration Program, 10 (ten) ELOs are formulated as follows:
- Able to master the concepts of theories in designing and managing public sector organizations, implementing public policies, managing public services and participation;
- Able to formulate alternative solutions to procedural problems regarding the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations and public-sector management;
- Able to formulate and communicate alternative solutions to problems outside their job descriptions to their subordinates;
- Able to apply qualitative and quantitative methods and techniques of analysis;
- Able to master the concepts and theories in public administration ethics and integrity;
- Able to make use of information technology in: designing and managing public sector organizations, implementing public policies, managing public services and participation;
- Able to solve problems by taking discretions with regard to their job descriptions;
- Able to synthesize proposals made by their staffs in decision making process;
- Able to carry out their job descriptions in the most effective and efficient manner by applying the information and skills that they possess;
- Able to manage public sector in order to enhance public values: efficiency, effectiveness, fairness, and democracy, be it individually or in groups.
