The curriculum of PASP is designed to achieve the ELOs previously mentioned and built through a series of comprehensive evaluation process on the basis of the needs of the graduates in the future by considering suggestions made by the stakeholders. The curriculum is also compatible with the vision, missions, and objectives of PASP with regard to composition of national curriculum referring to regulation by General Directorate for Higher Education of Republic of Indonesia (Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi Republik Indonesia) and Indonesian Association for Public Administration (IAPA) as well as local curriculum which refer to regulations by universities. The structure of the Curriculum of PASP always refers to the Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Number 20/2003 about National Education System, and Decree of General Directorate for Higher Education Number 43/DIKTI/2006.

In order to guarantee the appropriateness of the curriculum with the development of knowledge body and the demand from environmental changes, the curriculum is modified and upgraded every four years; the last upgrading of the curriculum was conducted in December 2013. The upgrading involves some stakeholders (namely: academicians, practitioners, experts, professional association, graduate users, alumni, and active students) through some activities: (1) academic seminars and (2) tracer study. National assessment in order to evaluate the ELOs achievements is also conducted once in every semester by the PASP’s Quality Assurance Unit, once in a year by University’s Quality Assurance Center, and once in five years by BAN-PT.
