FIA UB held FIA UB Strategic Plan Workshop for 2016-2020 period again on Tuesday (20/10). The main agenda of the Strategic Plan of the 3rd Workshop are listening to feedback from experts, stakeholders, and users. The response of the experts is presented by Prof. Dr. Ginandjar Kartasasmita (Professor of Development Administration FIA UB), Prof. Dr. Umar Nimran, MA (Professor of Business Administration FIA UB), and Prof. Dr. Sumartono, MS (Professor of Public Administration FIA UB). As part of the user and other stakeholders as delivering a response is representative of the City / Regency in Malang, Ministry of PAN and RB, alumni, as well as the head of department and head of the study program in the FIA UB.
On that occasion, Prof. Ginandjar Kartasasmita highlights the design of FIA UB motto which is “The Home for Future Business and Government Leaders”. According to Ginandjar, if FIA UB wants to set a goal enshrined in the motto, then this will be a matter to distinguish between this faculty with other faculties. “If the faculty or other school become more convenient tp produce managers who able to work well, then the FIA UB could be a school for the nation leaders in the future,” said former Chairman of DPD in 2004-2009.
