The Leadership Laboratory is a facility for developing research, teaching, and community service in the field of leadership to produce creative and devoted people towards a Golden Indonesia.

4. Producing stakeholders (lecturers/students) who have problem solving skills related to leadership.
5. Produce published research/studies/scientific works in the field of leadership.
