Kode etik ini menegaskan nilai-nilai utama: kejujuran akademik, tanggung jawab, keadilan, penghormatan terhadap martabat manusia, kebebasan akademik yang berimbang dengan akuntabilitas, keterbukaan, dan layanan prima. Bagi dosen, kode etik menjadi rujukan dalam pengajaran, penelitian, pengabdian, bimbingan, dan pengelolaan konflik kepentingan. Bagi student, ia menuntun perilaku belajar, kejujuran ilmiah (anti-plagiarisme), etika kolaborasi, dan etiket digital. Bagi tenaga kependidikan, ia menegaskan profesionalisme layanan, kerahasiaan data, keamanan informasi, dan budaya kerja yang menghormati keberagaman.
