it is necessary to convey a number of matters related to the mechanism of the Teaching and Learning Process within the Faculty
Administrative Sciences as follows:

  • All activities related to the teaching and learning process and learning evaluation for bachelor, master and doctoral degrees along with administrative processes are carried out online until the end of the even semester of the 2019/2020 Academic Year.
  • The form of online lectures as referred to in point no. 1 can be carried out in the form of: Live Streaming video interactively and non-interactively, Video conference, Live non-video chat, and/or Delivery of lecture material files and assignments in pdf, png, ppt, or other formats .
  • The selection of the form of online lectures is left to the teaching lecturers based on the mutual agreement of the participating students taking into account the readiness of the lecturers, the readiness of infrastructure and paying attention to the ease of access for students.
  • Facilitating student attendance and lecture minutes can be carried out by lecturers through the SIADO application. For lecturers who do not have a SIADO account, they can report their teaching activities via the link http://bit.ly/absensipengajar
  • Assignments given to students during the online lecture process must consider aspects of the proportionality of the credit load and the learning outcomes of the course
  • In order not to burden the cost of using internet quota, lectures in the form of interactive video conferencing / streaming are held for no more than 15 minutes unless agreed upon by all lecture participants
  • The 2019/2020 even semester UAS is abolished and evaluation of the learning process is carried out online with the assessment mechanism left to the teaching lecturers to determine while still coordinating with the respective heads of study programs.
