The Quality Manual (MM) of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya (FIA-UB) is structured to control the management of quality higher education with international standards and comply with the regulations of the Republic of Indonesia government, the requirements of the Quality Manual System (SMM) ISO 9001:2008 and IWA 2:2007.
This MM explains the description of the relationship between the Organizational Structure of FIA-UB, quality policy, quality objectives of education implementation and FIA-UB's internal quality assurance system.
