Director General of Higher Education that PPA and BBP PPA scholarships for 2015 there is no allocation for State Universities (PTN) including Brawijaya University. The budget allocation for the scholarship is only given to private universities and for the construction of Science and Technology Park (STP). Circular details can be seen here.
