Release of International Internship Program to Universiti Utara Malaysia

The Public Administration Study Program held the "Release of International Internship Students" event, Thursday (28/4). The event, which was held in the Seminar Room, Building B, FIA UB, 2nd Floor, was also attended by the Chancellor of Brawijaya University, the Director of the International Office, and the leadership and lecturers in the Department of Public Administration. This event was held to mark the start of an international internship program which was attended by 17 students from the Public Administration Study Program. These 17 students will gain knowledge and experience for approximately 2 weeks related to Public Administration and other student affairs topics at Universiti Utara Malaysia.

Chancellor Prof. Dr. Ir. Mohammad Bisri, MS in his speech expressed his pride in the implementation of this international internship program. According to the Chancellor, this activity really supports UB's vision and mission in 2020 to become a leading university at the ASEAN level. Meanwhile, according to the Chancellor, the number of students from abroad studying at UB is still very small. "You (student interns, ed.) there will not only be ambassadors for Brawijaya University, but also ambassadors for the nation. "Therefore, behave well while you are there, and make the best use of your time to study the progress of education there," said the Chancellor.
