ORKESTRA Team, the only representative of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences Universitas Brawijaya (FIA UB) in the XXIX National Student Scientific Week (PIMNAS), managed to contribute a silver medal to complete Universitas Brawijaya's victory as the General Champion. In the event that took place at the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB), the ORCHESTRA team led by Wildan Avian Pratama and guided by Dr. Wilopo, M.AB won the second best title in the presentation for the PKM-M4 branch. Thus, the FIA UB representative contributed one of the 4 silver medals won by UB plus 6 gold medals, which made UB the General Champion for the 5th time.
ORKESTRA itself is an abbreviation that represents the main idea of their community service proposal, which stands for Optimizing the Creativity of Mentally Disabled Arts. The idea for the ORCHESTRA proposal came from their concern for the fate of children with mental retardation who are often marginalized in society.
