Announcement of Completion of KRS Even Semester 2015/2016 Fiscal Year

Notified to all students of the Undergraduate Program in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, in the framework of KRS programming for the Even Semester of the 2015/2016 academic year, students are required to meet with the Academic Advisor Lecturer bringing the KRS draft to carry out academic consultations before programming the KRS online. The schedule and conditions are set as follows:

  1. KRS Draft Consultation with PA Lecturers: 1 – 5 February 2016
  2. Online KRS Programming: 1 February – 5 February 2016
  3. Online KRS filling starts on 1 February 2016 at 09.00 WIB until 5 February 2016 at 14.59 WIB

Students who are unable to attend are still required to contact the Academic Advisor Lecturer to discuss the KRS draft. Evidence of consultation can be in the form of an email from the Academic Advisor Lecturer and/or other evidence that can be accounted for. Students who do not communicate at all and/or meet with Academic Advisors to carry out academic consultations and validation of the KRS draft, then the KRS submission for the Even Semester of the 2015/2016 academic year is considered invalid and can be canceled by the faculty.

 

Following up on information from the Rector regarding Administrative and Academic Registration, the following matters need to be considered:

  1. Students who at the time of administrative registration were unable to show their previous semester's Student Identity Card (KTM) because it was lost and so on, must arrange for a Student Identity Card (KTM) replacement with a predetermined procedure..
  2. Payment of tuition fees is only proof that you have been registered as a student and are declared active if you have done academic registration (filling in KRS).
  3. student who only taking thesis is still required do academic registration (Filling KRS).
  4. In accordance with the UB Education Handbook, Undergraduate Program students are subject to Progressive SPP if they exceed the four-year study period, the amount of SPP is (100+15)% in the fifth year, (100+30)% in the sixth year and (100+45)% in the seventh.
  5. Students who have difficulty accessing SIAM can contact PPTI UB (provided that they have paid their tuition fees).
  6. Applications for academic leave submitted after the deadline for submitting academic leave or after March 7 2016, if approved still required to pay tuition fees.
  7. For students who have difficulty programming courses due to class clashes and full capacity, they can be served at Crisis Center Faculty:
    1. Department of Public Administration (Public Administration Study Program, Library Science Study Program, Education Administration Study Program, Interest in Development Planning, Interest in Government Administration Science): Room B5.1 Building B FIA
    2. Department of Business Administration (Adm. Business, Taxation, Tourism and International Business Special Interests Study Program): Room B4.1 Building B FIA
  8. Service hours Crisis Center Faculty 08.30 – 15.00 WIB (break 11.45 -13.00 WIB, specifically for Friday breaks 10.45 -13.00 WIB), students who come must take a queue number and show a Student Identity Card (KTM) to security officers and Academic operators. Queue numbers are divided into 3 (three), namely for services in the Administration Department. Public, Department of Adm. Business and Academic Subdivision.
