The Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Brawijaya University (FIA UB) won third place in the Cleanliness and Healthy Environment Competition throughout Brawijaya University. The awarding of the title was carried out at the same time as the Open Senate Meeting of Brawijaya University in the framework of UB's 52nd Anniversary, Monday (5/1).
Commenting on this achievement, the Dean of FIA UB Prof. Bambang Supriyono, MS expressed his gratitude for the results of the hard work of the entire FIA academic community while calling on the entire community to remain enthusiastic about maintaining achievements. "I hope that in the future the entire FIA UB community will continue to be enthusiastic and work hand in hand to create an even healthier environment," said this friendly professor when met in his office yesterday.
With this achievement, the next task of all FIA members is to maintain, hopefully if possible, improve the title they have achieved. To achieve this, awareness and participation of all parties is needed, not just cleaning staff. If students have to continue to get used to throwing away rubbish in the places provided and maintaining the cleanliness of buildings and study properties owned by FIA, then lecturers have a harder task. Namely, providing a good example regarding environmental cleanliness to students.
