Announcement of Semester Return Claim Mechanism Between FY.2019/2020

In connection with the Intermediate Semester lecture activities TA. 2019/2020, students who are declared not to have passed the Intermediate semester and have already processed payments for intermediate semester courses can submit a refund claim under the following conditions:
  1. Student making a claim must Fill out the form using the following link: https://forms.gle/4NAAgWZY8YHtJtPK7
  2. Forms that must be filled out for claims for intermediate semester returns are intended for: a. Students who have registered for the Google form have paid for the intermediate semester but did not qualify for the Intermediate Semester because the class was full. b. Intermediate Semester participating students who overpay for courses. c. Intermediate Semester participating students with double transfers (2x transfer errors) d. Students who have transferred but have not filled out the Google form, so they are not registered. e. Students who are canceled because the class is not opened (does not meet the quota)
  3. All students submitting a refund claim must fill out the form below. Please pay attention to the following: a. Must upload proof transfer in PDF format. b. Must fill in the account no and the bank to which the refund will be sent c. Errors in filling in the return claim data are the full responsibility of the student concerned. d. Charging Limit Semester Return Claim Form Between here and there June 19, 2020
    e. Estimation of Data Collection until the return process (July - August)
  4. For students who didn't fill out the form claim up to the time limit provisions, then not served refund claim process.
