Information:
- For student Which his name listed in the list above, but has not completed the follow-up UAS data (NIM, Courses, Classes and Lecturers) please contact the Academic Subdivision no later than January 24 2014
- If these provisions are exceeded, the supplementary UAS administration filing cannot be processed further.
- The implementation of the Supplementary UAS is carried out by directly meeting the lecturer in charge of the subject concerned after completing data verification in the Academic Subdivision
- Students ask Cover letter for Supplementary UAS in the Academic Subdivision (Business Major meet Mrs. Sulistiyani/Mrs. Wuri Retnowati, Public Department meet Mr Khairul Anam), on 22nd-January 24, 2014, o'clock 10.00 – 15.00 WIB
- The cover letter for the supplementary final exam is then brought when meeting the lecturer in charge of the course to request a supplementary examination.
