Implementation of Undergraduate Student Thesis Proposal Seminar during the COVID-19 Handling Period
in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Brawijaya
Following up on the Circular of the Chancellor of Brawijaya University Number 3071/UN10/HK.05.4/2020 concerning Increasing Actions to Prevent the Spread of Corona Virus Disease and Announcement of the Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences Number 3140/UN10.F03/TU/2020 concerning Increasing Measures to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19 in the Faculty Administrative Sciences of Brawijaya University, it is necessary to convey a number of things related to the implementation of Thesis Proposal Seminars for undergraduate students in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences as follows:
- Implementation of the Undergraduate Thesis Proposal Seminar for undergraduate students until the end of the even semester of the 2019/2020 Academic Year is carried out online.
- Implementation of the Proposal Seminar as referred to in point number 1 is carried out by reviewing the thesis proposals by two other students as discussants and by the supervising lecturer.
- The time agreement for the implementation of the proposal seminar is submitted to the supervisor and students.
- The results of the review are submitted by students who carry out proposal seminars to their respective departments through the "Covid-19 Condition Services" menu on the https://fia.ub.ac.id page
- Documents that must be attached in the link as referred to in point number 3 include:

- Photos/scans of repair review notes from two discussing students (signed by the reviewers).
- Photo/scan of repair review notes from the supervisor (signed by the supervisor).
- After students complete the fields on the Goolge Form on the link provided, the department will save the Proposal Seminar Minutes and can send them to students via email if necessary.
