Period X Graduation Ceremony for the 2015-2016 Academic Year

With regards to Registration Graduation On line Period X Academic Year 2015/2016 is full, we hereby notify the following:

1. The graduation procession was held on May 14, 2016 in Samantha Krida UB Building.
2. There are no cancellations, replacements or additions to graduation participants. Graduation participants who cannot attend the graduation ceremony can attend the graduation in the next period (repeat) at a fee in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Graduation dress rehearsal executed on date  May 13, 2016 o'clock 15.00 WIB in Samantha Krida UB Building.
4. Faculty officers can pick up graduation invitations from the date May 11, 2016 after o'clock 13.00 WIB, with proof of graduation payment.
5. Students can take invitations at their respective Faculties after the Faculties take invitations from the Rector.
6. The costs for the graduation ceremony are paid through BNI 46 to the UB Chancellor's Account Number 0039649406
7. check the completeness of the photos of graduation participants at https://siakad.ub.ac.id/wisuda/wisuda.buku.php.
8. Head of Academic Subdivision or Head of Student Affairs Subdivision immediately:
   1. Check the completeness of photos of graduation participants in the SIUDA application
   2. List of repeat graduates, the best graduates and graduates from abroad or Double Degree to BAAK no later than date May 9, 2016
9. The online graduation registration for Period XI of the 2015/2016 Academic Year opens April 11, 2016 o'clock 09.00 WIB with a quota system of 25 participants per faculty, except for the Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Program with 10 participants, the rest is up for grabs by all faculties/programs.
