Implementation of Graduation Period II Academic Year 2015-2016

In connection with the Period II Graduation Ceremony for the 2015/2016 Academic Year, we hereby inform you of the following:

  1. The graduation procession was carried out October 10, 2015 in the Samantha Krida Building, Universitas Brawijaya.
  2. There are no cancellations, replacements or additions to graduation participants. Graduation participants who cannot attend the graduation ceremony can attend the graduation in the next period (repeat) at a fee in accordance with applicable regulations.
  3. The graduation dress rehearsal was held on the Friday, date 9 October 2015 at 15.00 WIB at the Samantha Krida Building UB.
  4. Faculties can pick up graduation invitations from the date 7 October 2015 after 13.00 WIB by bringing proof of graduation payment.
  5. Students can take invitations at their respective Faculties after the Faculties take invitations from the Rector.
  6. The costs for the graduation ceremony are paid through BNI 46 to the Account of the Rector of Universitas Brawijaya Number 0039649406.
  7. The Head of the Academic Subdivision or the Head of the Student Affairs Subdivision will immediately check the completeness of the photos of the graduation participants at https://siakad.ub.ac.id/wisuda/wisuda.buku.php
  8. Head of Academic Subdivision or Head of Student Affairs Subdivision immediately reports
    1. List of repeat graduates,
    2. Graduates from abroad or Double Degree, and the best graduates

    to BAAK at the latest date 5 October 2015.

  9. The list of participant names can be seen here.
  10. Online Registration for Period III Graduation for the 2015/2016 academic year was opened on Sept. 18, 2015.
