In his presentation, Lukman Setiawan shared a lot about his experience helping many institutions in tidying up their work activities through the preparation of good SOPs. According to Lukman, one of the simple but effective activities to tidy up performance is to routinely hold briefings. He suggested that leaders in each work unit hold a briefing regularly before starting activities that day. According to Lukman, there are at least five things that must be done in the Briefing, namely evaluating the previous day's targets, sharing the latest information, solving problems, praying, and cheering cheers. "Why the need for yelling? Because everyone who came to work that day was not always in a good mood. That's why we need to equate the spirit with shouting," said this UB FIA alumni who is now actively providing training and consulting on SOP in various ministries and private companies.

Meanwhile, Secretary of the Master of Public Administration Program Drs. Suwondo, MS said that this activity invited administrative units to provide an understanding of the importance of SOPs. According to him, this activity is a series of activities that will continue until the faculty has good and correct SOPs. “This is the introduction stage. Next is the socialization and implementation stage which of course requires a process to achieve the final goal," he said. (ALA/FIA)
