Dean of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences (FIA) Universitas Brawijaya (UB), Prof. Dr. Bambang Supriyono, MS., officially released the graduates from various study programs who are members of the FIA. Also present were other FIA UB leadership at the release of graduates, including Yusri Abdillah, M.Sc., Ph.D., Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs; Dr. Hamidah Nayati Utami, M.Sc., Deputy Dean for General Administration; and Dr. Mohammad Rozikin M.Sc., Deputy Dean for Student & Alumni Affairs.
In his remarks, Prof. Bambang congratulated the graduates of FIA UB. On this occasion, the Dean also gave encouragement to the alumni in facing life's steps.
“The alumni are now much more mature and wiser. You can be sure that you will be a great person and not be a wasteful person. We educate students for simplicity and to become tough academics," he explained.
On Saturday (11/8/2018), in the Hall of Building B of FIA UB, a procession of releasing graduates of FIA UB period XIII for the 2017/2018 Academic Year was carried out. As many as 102 graduates and graduates also attended the procession on this happy day. FIA inaugurated 102 alumni consisting of 34 Bachelors of Public Administration, 42 Bachelors of Business Administration, 2 Masters of Business Administration, 11 Bachelors of Taxation, 4 Bachelors of Library Science, 6 Bachelors of Tourism, 2 Masters of Higher Education Management, and 1 Doctor of Administrative Science.
Prof. Bambang also advised all FIA UB graduates to remain knowledgeable and virtuous. “Stay knowledgeable and humble. Knowledgeable and istiqamah worship. Knowledgeable and still devoted to parents. Be a human being who is knowledgeable and has noble character," concluded the Professor of Public Administration.
