This book is published in order to speed up the dissemination of information on matters relating to Freedom to Learn at the Merdeka Campus at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Brawijaya Malang.
The Independent Campus Learning Guideline is an elaboration of the implementation of Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System; Law Number 12 of 2021 Concerning Higher Education; Government Regulation Number 4 of 2014 concerning Implementation of Higher Education and Management of Higher Education; Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education Number 44 of 2015 concerning National Higher Education Standards; Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education Number 4 of 2016 concerning the Organization and Working Procedures of Brawijaya University; Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education Number 58 of 2018 concerning the Statutes of Brawijaya University; Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 3 of 2020 concerning National Higher Education Standards; Brawijaya University Regulation Number 1 of 2017 Concerning University of Brawijaya Quality Standards; Regulation of the Chancellor of Brawijaya University Number 25 of 2020 Concerning Organizational Structure and Working Procedures; And Regulation of the Chancellor of Brawijaya University Number 45 of 2020 Concerning Freedom of Learning-Independence of Campus.
It is hoped that the Independent Campus Learning Guidelines can provide a clearer picture to leaders, students, lecturers and the public regarding the implementation of MBKM at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Brawijaya Malang. The MBKM guidelines will improve from year to year because education management is always undergoing systematic development and improvement. Hopefully this manual can fulfill its function as a reference in the implementation of MBKM within the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Brawijaya Malang.
