Quality assurance of higher education at Brawijaya University is a process that aims to establish and fulfill educational quality standards consistently and continuously. The focus is to provide satisfaction to customers and encourage continuous development (continuous improvement) in the higher education environment. In an effort to ensure that improvements and developments can be carried out quickly and continuously, and customer satisfaction is always met, feedback provided by customers is considered very valuable and must be followed up. Customer feedback is also an important tool in evaluating and early detecting system weaknesses or deviations in the implementation of the quality manual. All of this is important to achieve the expected World Class University standards.

In connection with this, we invite Mr./Ms./Br. who feel dissatisfied with the services provided by various work units at Brawijaya University, both academic and non-academic, to submit feedback through this UB-Care service. Everyone who receives or is related to the services provided by Brawijaya University, including students, lecturers, staff, parents, and other parties involved, is expected to contribute through their feedback. With active participation from all customers, Brawijaya University will be able to continue to improve service quality, identify areas of improvement, and commit to achieving standards of excellence as a World Class University.
