Quality Internal and External Audits
FIA UB has carried out an internal audit based on the internal audit program and time to assess the performance of the implementation of the quality management system and the provision of education.
Internal audit in a work unit is carried out by a competent and certified auditor from the work unit. This is done before the university auditor. Internal audit is used to assess the suitability of SPMI implementation in each Faculty work unit documenting the final internal audit report.
Feedback from audit results is used to identify the need for corrective and preventive actions, and is always related to the results of previous audits, so that there is continuity and relevance in accordance with previously set programs and targets. Internal audit has met the audit criteria, scope, frequency and audit methods set by UB.

Internal and External Audit Results
Assessment of the performance of work units that provide education/training services is also carried out as part of the education/training services. The results of this evaluation process are recorded, maintained and used to show the level of the teaching process achieving the planned goals, which are handled in an integrated manner by FIA UB.

Audit Follow Up
FIA UB has ensured that prospective products/graduates who do not meet the requirements are identified and controlled to prevent them from passing the regulatory requirements specified in the FIA UB Education Handbook, including students who will take thesis exams in the S1 program, there may not be an E grade the course.
They will be strictly selected by the Academic Sub Unit of FIA UB, because the time for the thesis examination of grades from entering college to the end is included in the requirements for taking the thesis exam. Documented procedures have been established by FIA UB.
