The Lecturer Work Program (DOKAR) of the Master of Business Administration Study Program, Faculty of Administrative Sciences (MAB FIA UB), especially in the Joint Curriculum Development (PKB) scheme, was implemented on September 20, 2024. The MAB FIA UB Team consisting of Professor Andriani Kusumawati, S.Sos, M.Si, DBA (Team Leader and Head of the MAB Study Program), Swasta Priambada, S.Sos, MAB, Ph.D (Secretary of the MAB Study Program), and Dr. Ari Darmawan SAB, MAB (Secretary of the Department of Business Administration), visited Mannheim Business School, Germany.
Representative of the MAB FIA UB team, Swasta Priambada, Ph.D, met with Annabel Muller, M.Sc., and Christina Paul, MA, from the International Office of Mannheim Business School to discuss the potential for further collaboration. Before discussing the curriculum of the Master Programs at both universities, the delegations from MAB FIA UB and Mannheim Business School introduced each other to the profiles of their respective study programs.
Mannheim Business School has a postgraduate program, namely the Mannheim Master in Management (MMM) and MBA programs (part-time and full-time). The MMM program has the potential to receive financial support from the German government for educational costs. This visit also opens up opportunities for further collaboration, including plans guest lecture, such as presenting digital transformation and digital innovation experts from the University of Mannheim.
This collaboration is in line with the curriculum plan for the FIA UB Master of Business Administration, which will adopt courses related to information systems and digital innovation in various business functions, and is adjusted to the latest regulations, Permendikbud Ristek DIKTI No. 53, which was issued in May 2024.
The visit ended with an exchange of souvenirs between the Secretary of the MAB FIA UB Study Program and Ananabel Muller, and was continued with a campus tour, including visits to classrooms, computer laboratories, libraries, student reading gardens, and halls.
