Course Structure

Entrepreneurship courses are courses that aim to shape the character of entrepreneurs. Students who take this course are expected to be able to analyze and take advantage of the opportunities that exist around them in creating their own business after graduating or while still in college. Students will be introduced to the entrepreneurial process so that they are expected to be able to launch and develop new startups based on accurate and timely information, solid business ideas, and are able to develop effective business plans that can be executed so as to maximize the chances of being successful.

This is an applied course from the Entrepreneurship course where students are asked to create a small-scale business as the final output of this course.

The Business Communication Course is a general compulsory subject at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences as an effort to develop the science of communication, communication through the media, and oral communication.

In this course students learn basic knowledge of statistics, including how to collect data, present data properly, compile and classify data, measure data concentration, measure data uniformity, index numbers to be applied in business and economic cases .

This course aims to provide the design and implementation of a performance management system suitable for business organizations. Furthermore, this course focuses on research-based findings and superior implementation that assist business organizations in improving human resources. The implementation of superior performance management and an explanation of the steps needed to create the best performance management system are described conceptually in this course.

This course provides students with the ability to various mathematical and statistical models that can be used to assist in making quantitative-based decisions. This course provides provisions for students to be able to make decisions in business organizations.

This course is the foundation for companies in creating their future. In strategic management, you will learn how to collaborate between business functions such as finance, marketing, HR, production, SIM, and other functions in realizing the company's competitive advantage. In strategic management, studying aspects of the company's external environment that influence the implementation of the company's strategy in the future, and also studying and formulating the arrangement of the company's internal environment so that it fits the needs of the future strategy. Various strategic approaches in creating competitive advantage will be discussed in this course.

This course provides basic knowledge regarding taxes as an obligation to the state that cannot be separated from business activities, which includes applicable tax regulations, both material and formal. After taking the tax administration course, students are able to understand taxes well and are able to properly solve tax cases.

The Community Service course is a course designed to encourage students to contribute directly to the community around them. The main focus is on the application of the knowledge and skills they have acquired during their education to help solve real problems and challenges faced by society. Community service can involve a variety of activities, including applied research projects, education and training, consulting, or other hands-on services. The basic concept of this course is to give students the opportunity to see first-hand how their knowledge can be used to help others and improve society as a whole. In addition, this course also aims to increase student awareness and empathy for social and environmental issues around them.
