OLD STUDENT REGISTRATION OF BRAWIJAYA UNIVERSITY
EVEN SEMESTER OF ACADEMIC YEAR 2016/2017
PROGRAM DIPLOMA (VOCATION), SARJANA,
POSTGRADUATE AND SPECIALISTS 1
Announced to all students of Universitas Brawijaya to register for even semester of 2016/2017 academic year with the following conditions:
I. Administration Registration.
- Place and Date
- The place of payment :
BANK MANDIRI, MANDIRI SYARIAH, BTN, BRI, BNI and BCA ATMs throughout Indonesia
- Payment date : 30 January to 10 February 2017
– Day / Time : Monday – Friday / Time : 07.30 to 15.00 WIB.

- Show student ID card.
- For students who did not re-register in the previous semester, they must submit an active letter of returning to study to the Chancellor which is approved by the Faculty (assistant Dean I).
Notes :
Ø Re-registration outside the schedule is not served.
Ø Do not serve transfers outside the bank that has been determined
II. Academic Registration.
Registration Date : 30 January to 10 February 2017

- Postgraduate & SpI Programs: See the announcement of the schedule issued by the Faculties/Programs administering the Postgraduate Program
III. Sanctions if not doing Administrative Registration :
- Students who do not register administratively in the even semester of the 2016/2017 academic year declared unregistered as a student at Brawijaya University and are not allowed to carry out academic and student activities in that semester.
- For students who have registered administratively (paid tuition fees) but academically do not meet the requirements to continue their studies, the tuition fees paid in the even semester of the 2016/2017 academic year academic year will be returned.
- student who late or not carrying out administrative registration is advised to immediately submit an application for academic leave to the Chancellor, no later than March 10, 2017 received by the General Section / Administration of UB Rectorate Floor 1.
- Unregistered Brawijaya University students more than 2 (two) cumulative semestersand speakt-row, indeclared college dropout (drop out).
IV. Etc :
- Applications for academic leave submitted after the deadline for submitting academic leave or after March 10 2017 if approved, still required to pay tuition fees.
- Payment of tuition fees is only proof that you have been registered as a student and are declared active if you have done academic registration (filling in KRS).
- Students who have completed their Final Assignment (Scientific Work, Thesis, Thesis, Dissertation) but have not completed it, are still required to carry out academic registration (Filling in KRS).
- Students who at the time of administrative registration cannot show their Student Identity Card for the previous semester because it is lost, etc., must arrange for a replacement Student Identity Card (KTM) with a predetermined procedure.
- Implementation of academic registration (KRS filling) is regulated by each Faculty/Program.
- There is no extension of the registration period.
- After the end of semester Gdog 2016/2017 up to the beginning of semester Gponder2016/2017 (dt. 03 February 2017 until 17 February 2017) no academic activities are permitted.
- Even Semester Lectures 20 February – 10 June 2017.
- Crisis Center Re-Registration for Even Semester 2016/2017 Fiscal Year at the Widyaloka Building.
