OLD STUDENT REGISTRATION OF BRAWIJAYA UNIVERSITY

ODD SEMESTERS OF ACADEMIC YEAR 2016/2017

DIPLOMA, GRADUATE, POSTGRADUATE AND SPECIALIST PROGRAMS 1

It was announced to all Brawijaya University students to register for the Odd Semester of the 2016/2017 Academic Year with the following conditions:

I. ADMINISTRATIVE REGISTRATION

1. Payment of education fees can be made from 16 to 26 August 2016 online via Bank BNI, Bank Mandiri, Bank BCA, Bank BRI and Bank Syariah Mandiri throughout Indonesia. Specifically for BTN Bank, payments can only be made via tellers.
2. Terms :
   • Show Student Identity Card.
   • For students who did not re-register in the previous semester, they are MANDATORY to submit an active study letter again from the Chancellor to the UB Academic Section to open the blocked status, then submit a photocopy of the active study letter back to the UB Budget Section to activate payment of education fees.
   • Students who took academic leave in the previous semester can immediately pay educational fees to be active again.
   • Applications for academic leave submitted after the deadline for applications for academic leave on September 27 2016 and approved are still required to pay educational fees.
   • Administrative registration outside the schedule is not served.
   • Does not serve payments outside the banks mentioned above.
3. Sanctions:
   • Students who do not carry out administrative registration in the 2016/2017 Odd Semester declared unregistered as a student at Brawijaya University and is not permitted to carry out academic and student activities during that semester.
   • Students who have carried out administrative registration (paid education fees) but it turns out that academically they do not meet the requirements to continue their studies, the fees paid in the 2016/2017 Odd Semester will be refunded.
   • student who late or not carry out administrative registration MANDATORY immediately submit an application for academic leave to the Chancellor, no later than September 27 2016, received by the General / Administrative Section of the UB Rectorate Floor 1.
   • student who not registered for more than 2 (two) cumulative and consecutive semesters, stated dropped out of college (dropped out).

II. ACADEMIC REGISTRATION

1. Academic registration (filling in KRS) can be done from 16 to 26 August 2016 on the page http://siam.ub.ac.id.
2. Information regarding academic registration outside the schedule above or changes to the academic registration schedule can be seen on the pages of each faculty or postgraduate program.
3. Students are declared status ACTIVE if you have carried out academic registration (filling in KRS).
4. Students who are taking their Final Project (Scientific Work, Thesis, Thesis, Dissertation) are still required to carry out academic registration (fill in KRS).

III. ETC :

1. Students who during administrative registration cannot show their previous semester Student Identity Card because it was lost, etc., MUST arrange for a replacement Student Identity Card using the established procedures.
2. After the end of the 2015/2016 Even semester until the start of the 2016/2017 Odd semester (26 August 2016 to 4 September 2016) no academic activities are permitted.
