Announcement of Names of Prospective PPA Scholarship Recipients in 2017

Follow up on the Letter of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs
Number: 3174/UN10.A03/KM/2017, Regarding: Information on the 2017 Achievement Improvement Scholarship (PPA), Dated March 30, 2017, hereby informed List of Names of 2017 Academic Achievement Improvement (PPA) Scholarship Candidate Candidates for the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Brawijaya University, totaling 200 people. Lists can be uploaded here

 

For students listed on the list at MUST we collect data as follows:

  1. Photocopy of KTM and KRS or the like as proof of an active student
  2. Photocopy of KTP
  3. Photocopy of KHS which has been approved by the Academic Advisor Lecturer and faculty stamp
  4. Photocopy of charter or other proof of achievement in co-curricular and/or extracurricular fields (if any)
  5. Letter of statement of not receiving scholarships/educational assistance from APBN/APBD/Institution sources known to the Vice Dean for Student Affairs at the Faculty (can be downloaded on the FIA web)
  6. A letter that does not violate the law issued by the faculty and known by the Vice Dean for Student Affairs (can be downloaded on the FIA website)
  7. Photocopy of PKK – MABA pass certificate
  8. Copy of family card
  9. Salary List/Income Statement of Parents issued and ratified by the Agency/Company/Institution and if parents who do not work at the Company/Institution/Institution attach a Certificate issued and ratified from RT or RW or Kelurahan or Kecamatan (latest / year 2017 )
  10. Attach a CV containing name, name, gender, study program, place of birth, date of birth, semester, GPA Sem. Even, Father's Occupation, Mother's Occupation, Father's Gross Income, Mother's Gross Income, Parents' Total Income, Home Address, Tel/Mobile, Email Address, Achievement Data Obtained (according to the photocopy of the certificate or proof of achievement entered)

All requirements respectively made in duplicate and each included in a green paper stopmap. On the front cover is written Name, NIM, Study Program and No. Tel./HP.

collected no later than Friday, April 7 2017, 15.00 WIB in the student affairs sub-division (Mr. Surahman, Mr. Taufan and Mrs. Umrotul Nikmah) .
