Period VII Graduation Ceremony for the 2015-2016 Academic Year

In connection with the Online Graduation Registration Period VII Academic Year 2015/2016 is full, we hereby inform you of the following:

  1. The graduation procession was held on February 13 2016 at the Samantha Krida UB Building.
  2. There are no cancellations, replacements or additions to graduation participants. Graduation participants who cannot attend the graduation ceremony can attend the graduation in the next period (repeat) at a fee in accordance with applicable regulations.
  3. The graduation dress rehearsal was held on February 12 2016 at 15.00 WIB in UB's Samantha Krida Building.
  4. Faculty officials can pick up graduate invitations starting February 10, 2016 after 13.00 WIB, bringing proof of graduation payment.
  5. Students can take invitations at their respective Faculties after the Faculties take invitations from the Rector.
  6. The costs for the graduation ceremony are paid through BNI 46 to the UB Chancellor's Account Number 0039649406
  7. check the completeness of the photos of graduation participants at https://siakad.ub.ac.id/wisuda/wisuda.buku.php.
  8. Head of Academic Subdivision or Head of Student Affairs Subdivision immediately:
    1. Check the completeness of photos of graduation participants in the SIUDA application
    2. List of repeat graduates, best graduates and graduates from abroad or Double Degree to BAAK no later than February 8 2016
  9. Online graduation registration for Period VIII of the 2015/2016 Academic Year opened on 15 February 2015 at 09.00 WIB with a quota system per faculty of 25 participants, except for the Cross-Disciplinary Postgraduate Program with 10 participants, the remainder being contested by all faculties/programs.
