In connection with the Online Graduation Registration Period VI for the Academic Year 2015/2016 is full, we hereby inform you of the following:
- The graduation procession was held on January 9 2016 at Samantha Krida UB Building.
- There are no cancellations, replacements or additions to graduation participants. Graduation participants who cannot attend the graduation ceremony can attend the graduation in the next period (repeat) at a fee in accordance with applicable regulations.
- The graduation dress rehearsal was held on January 8 2016 at 15.00 WIB at Samantha Krida UB Building.
- Faculty officers can pick up graduation invitations starting January 6, 2016 after 13.00 WIB, bringing proof of graduation payment.
- Students can take invitations at their respective Faculties after the Faculties take invitations from the Rector.
- The costs for the graduation ceremony are paid through BNI 46 to the UB Chancellor's Account Number 0039649406
- check the completeness of the photos of graduation participants at https://siakad.ub.ac.id/wisuda/wisuda.buku.php.
- Head of Academic Subdivision or Head of Student Affairs Subdivision immediately:
- Check the completeness of photos of graduation participants in the SIUDA application
- List of repeat graduates, the best graduates and graduates from abroad or Double Degree to BAAK no later than January 4 2016
- Online graduation registration for Period VII for the 2015/2016 Academic Year opened on December 31, 2015 at 09.00 WIB with a quota system per faculty of 25 participants, except for the Cross-Disciplinary Postgraduate Program with 10 participants, the remainder being contested by all faculties/programs.
