Implementation of Graduation Period III Academic Year 2015-2016

In connection with the 2015/2016 Period III Academic Year Graduation, we hereby inform you of the following:

  1. The graduation procession was held on October 17 2015 in UB's Samantha Krida Building.
  2. There are no cancellations, replacements or additions to graduation participants. Graduation participants who cannot attend the graduation ceremony can attend the graduation in the next period (repeat) at a fee in accordance with applicable regulations.
  3. The graduation dress rehearsal was held on Friday 16 October 2015 at 15.00 WIB in Samantha Krida UB Building.
  4. Faculties can take graduate invitations starting October 13, 2015 after 13.00 WIB, by bringing proof of graduation payment.
  5. Students can take invitations at their respective Faculties after the Faculties take invitations from the Rector.
  6. The costs for the graduation ceremony are paid through BNI 46 to the UB Chancellor's Account Number 0039649406
  7. The Head of the Academic Subdivision or the Head of Student Affairs Subdivision will immediately check the completeness of the photos of the graduation participants at https://siakad.ub.ac.id/wisuda/wisuda.buku.php.
  8. Head of Academic Subdivision or Head of Student Affairs Subdivision immediately reports:
    1. List of repeat graduates,
    2. The best graduates and graduates from abroad or Double Degree to BAAK

    no later than October 12, 2015.

  9. Online graduation registration for Period IV for the 2015/2016 academic year opened on October 12 2015 at 09.00 WIB with a quota system per faculty of 25 participants, except for the Cross-Disciplinary Postgraduate Program with 10 participants, the remainder being contested by all faculties/programs.
