Application Procedure

Prospective applicants to the Master’s Program at the Faculty of Administrative Science, Universitas Brawijaya must complete the online registration through the website: https://selma.ub.ac.id/ and fulfill the following administrative requirements:

  1. A certified copy of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1/DIV) diploma.

  2. A certified copy of the academic transcript (minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale).

  3. Two letters of recommendation from individuals who can assess the applicant’s academic capability.

  4. Academic/scientific publications after completing undergraduate studies (if any).

  5. Curriculum Vitae (CV).

  6. Medical certificate.

  7. Letter of assignment/permission from employer (for employed applicants), stating that the applicant is released from official duties.

  8. Recent color passport photos (4 copies, size 4×6 cm, with blue background).

  9. Official statement letter from the study funding sponsor.

  10. 10. A copy of TPA OTO-BAPPENAS certificate (minimum score: 480) and TOEFL ITP certificate (minimum score: 480) from institutions recognized by the Master’s Program of FIA UB..

    • Applicants who do not yet have these certificates may fulfill this requirement after being accepted (further provisions will apply).

  11. A copy of a valid ID card (KTP).

  12. For transfer students, in addition to requirements 1–11, a legalized Master’s (S2) transcript must be included (for applicants submitting via email, documents can be sent by post or delivered directly to the Master’s Program of FIA UB).
