• KTM photo taken on 25-26 November 2015
• KTM collection was carried out on 7-8 December 2015
• The place is in the Student Center Building, Universitas Brawijaya
• Time: 08.30 – 14.00 WIB

Requirements to bring:
1. Form 3
2. Completed Form 4
3. Photocopy of KTM or SIM or family card 1 sheet
