On this occasion, the Dean of FIA UB, Prof. Drs. Andy Fefta Wijaya, MDA., Ph.D., conveyed the faculty's commitment to continue to provide better facilities for students. One of the plans being developed is the procurement of working space which will be integrated with the library. This space is designed to create a more conducive learning environment and can only be accessed by FIA UB students by showing their Student Identity Card (KTM). The planning process for this facility is projected to be completed by the end of the year and will be submitted for procurement early next year.

In addition, FIA UB is also trying to improve campus accessibility. One of the steps being taken is the proposal for renovations in Buildings C and D, including plans to install lifts to support the comfort of the entire academic community. Meanwhile, in an effort to maintain a healthy and comfortable learning environment, the faculty has proposed a smoke-free area policy in the gazebo area which is often used as an open study space. On the other hand, for students who need a special smoking area, FIA UB will provide a more suitable location.

From the academic aspect, Deputy Dean I for Academic Affairs, Arik Prasetya, M.Si., Ph.D., emphasized that FIA UB continues to update the curriculum to adapt to the times. The faculty has currently implemented an approach Outcome Based Education (OBE) which prioritizes a case-based learning system (case based learning) and projects (project based learning). With this model, students are expected to be more active in the learning process and have a more applicable understanding of the material being studied.

FIA UB responded by continuing to strive for digitalization in various aspects of services, one of which is in the loan of space which in the future will be more integrated with the online system. The faculty also emphasized its commitment to ensuring that every student program can run optimally, including transparent and procedural financial administration management.

In addition, FIA UB also shows concern for student welfare. In this forum, the faculty conveyed the efforts made in providing support for students who need help, both in academic and non-academic aspects. FIA UB is committed to continuing to create an environment that supports student growth and welfare in various aspects of campus life.

With the ongoing Deans Talking This, FIA UB hopes that good communication between faculty leaders and students can continue to be established. This forum is part of FIA UB's strategic steps in creating a more inclusive, comfortable, and innovative academic environment, in line with the faculty's vision to continue to develop in providing the best service for the entire academic community.
