(19/11) The Open Assembly of the Academic Senat of Universitas Brawijaya officially inaugurated Prof. Dr. Hamidah Nayati Utami, S.Sos., M.Si as the Professor of Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Administrative Science UB today. On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Hamidah Nayati Utami, S.Sos., M.Si delivered a scientific speech entitled "The Situational Human Resource Management Model in Business Organizations in the Era of Rapid Change and Uncertainty". Prof. Dr. Hamidah Nayati Utami, S.Sos., M.Si also sent her gratitude to Ahmad Bakir Pasaman (Main Director of PT Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company) along with several directors of other BUMN companies, and Dr. Ir. Sandra Malin Sutan. MP.IPM (husband who is also an FTP Lecturer) who has had the opportunity to attend and contribute to her career development.
