Learning Outcomes

MPAP Expected learning outcomes are formulated very clearly, because they are based on the formulation of Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (the Indonesian National Qualification Framework, hence shorten as KKNI) and Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi (National Standard for Higher Education, hence shorten as SN DIKTI), three elements, namely: attitudes, knowledge, and skills are divided into general and special skills. Besides, it is also prepared by considering the level of mastery, breadth, and the depth of material that has been set in standard for Magister program, which is included in level 8. In addition, it also considers the result of IAPA (Indonesian Association for Public Administration) decision No.004/KA.IAPA/KEP/KP/2015.The formulation of expected learning outcomes of study program as follows:

Attitude	1.	Contribute to improving the quality of life of society, nation, state, and civilization based on Pancasila
Knowledge	2.	Strengthening the strategy of administrative reform and good governance and public services
Generic Skill	3.	Have an ability to communicate scientific result to the public and scientists
	4.	Have an ability to cooperate or work together in a group to do research and solving the public administration problems
Specific Skill	5.	Possessing the ability to develop policy scenarios to be applied in solving public administration problems
	6.	Able to develop policy and decision in public organizations, management models and business processes in public sector or administrative reform models and strategies
	7.	Able to explore policy issues in public organizations to generate critical thinking in public sector administration reform models
