3in1 Bachelor of Taxation Study Program 2023

Malang, 10 September 2023 – The Bachelor of Taxation Study Program, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, will hold 3 in 1 activities for 3 days with the theme "Enhancing Cooperative Tax Compliance". This theme was chosen to support the Tax Administration Program, Brawijaya University in the field of Cooperative Tax Compliance. This activity was designed by taking into account tax issues from both domestic and foreign academics to jointly carry out teaching, research and community service activities with the academic community of the Taxation Study Program, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Brawijaya University.

This activity will take place from 11 to 13 September 2023 and is expected to be an arena for productive discussions regarding challenges and solutions in increasing cooperative tax compliance.

September 11, 2023:

09.00 – 10.30: Session "Understanding and Challenging Cooperative Tax Compliance" by Associate Prof. Dr. Natrah binti Saad from the University of Utara Malaysia.

11.00 – 12.30: Session "Enhancing Current and Future Cooperative Tax Compliance Strategies" by Prof. Dr. Mr. Lisette Van der Hel-van Dijk RA from Nyenrode Business University.

September 12, 2023:

09.00 – 10.30: Session "Various Applications of Theory in Tax Compliance Research" by Associate Prof. Dr. Natrah binti Saad from the University of Utara Malaysia and Prof. Dr. Mr. Lisette Van der Hel-van Dijk RA from Nyenrode Business University.

11.00 – 12.30: Session "Optimizing Cooperative Tax Compliance: Technology and Digital Solutions" by Associate Prof. Dr. Natrah binti Saad from the University of Utara Malaysia and Mr. Fannany Priambodo Mukti, Se. AK. ME from the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP)

September 13, 2023:

09.00 – 10.30: Session "Contemporary Issues: Improvising Cooperative Tax Compliance Education and Awareness" by Mr. Bobby Savero of Tax Prime. 

 

Participants are expected to gain an in-depth understanding of the importance of cooperation between tax authorities and taxpayers in creating a fair and efficient tax environment. In addition, with speakers from various professional and academic backgrounds, it is hoped that participants will gain diverse perspectives on the topic of cooperative tax compliance.
