Tracer study is conducted regularly every year and documented in a structured manner. This graduate tracking activity uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Tracer study tracking is carried out in a coordinated manner by the University/PT. This graduate tracking activity is coordinated by the University, in this case managed in an integrated manner by the Entrepreneurship and Career Development Unit (UPKK). The tracer study is distributed to alumni by maximizing the UB Alumni Association (IKA) and alumni/graduation farewell events. Alumni are given emails and links to fill in the graduation result tracking using question items determined by DIKTI. The data is then distributed to the faculty and coordinated by the Vice Dean III for Student Affairs to be distributed to all heads of Study Programs including the Tourism Study Program. Data collection in this study used a google form which was distributed directly via the Whatsapp application,
to ensure that the research instruments reach the hands of alumni respondents. Based on the results of the alumni tracer study of the Tourism Study Program, most of the alumni are working independently (entrepreneurs), reaching almost 80% and around 20% alumni work in several agencies including BUMD, Hotels, Education, Private Companies.
