The Bachelor of Business Administration Study Program held a 3in1 webinar with the theme "Developing, Managing and Using a Customer-Related Database to Build a Successful Analytical Customer Relationship Management". This activity took place on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 online via Zoom Meeting. This activity presented two competent speakers, namely Dr. Syed Hassan Raza (Associate Professor at the Institute of Media and Communication Studies, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, Pakistan) and Yohanes Yuda Suharto., MM (HRD – Staffing & Training Supervisor at PT Roda Sakti Surya Megah, Malang, East Java, Indonesia) .
Dean of FIA UB Drs. Andy Fefta Wijaya, MDA., Ph.D in his remarks expressed his appreciation to the committee for organizing this activity, with a very good selection of topics. “Consumers are the best stakeholders. Suggestions and criticisms submitted by consumers will improve employee performance and improve product quality," said the Dean. The Dean also invited all lecturers and students to be able to implement the knowledge gained in everyday life.
