Identification of Community Needs/(DUDI) Study Program (S1) Educational Administration

The results of this presentation use a questionnaire as an instrument. The results of the questionnaire are determined based on interview guidelines with instrument grids: 

  • Our agency requires workers who are able to master administrative roles at the school and university levels, such as Human Resource Development Administrators, Financial Administration or Facilities and Infrastructure Administrators. 
  • Our agency requires workers who are able to be responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of special education programs or academic initiatives in schools or universities.
  • Our agency requires a workforce capable of working in government agencies, non-profit organizations, or regulatory bodies to develop, analyze, and recommend education policies.
  • Our agency requires workers who are capable of being responsible for curriculum development, teaching staff training, and the integration of educational technology in schools or other educational institutions.
