The Education Administration program of study includes policies and a management structure for addressing student complaints and difficulties. The student problem and complaint handling system is governed by a procedural handbook (SOP). Through curricular activities, the OBE-based learning process is also necessary to apply effective learning methods following the course's features to attain the course's stated abilities and a sequence of graduate learning outcomes. A few OBE-based learning methods are available for implementing learning in courses, such as group discussions, simulations, case studies, collaborative learning, cooperative learning, project-based learning, and problem-based learning. Those methods can effectively facilitate the achievement of Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL).Each course in Library Science Study Program FIA UB uses one or a combination of several learning methods and is accommodated in the form of learning, namely in the form of Studying;
