The Learning Scheme in the learning process, the Educational Administration Study Program must be able to create a learning atmosphere that is meaningful, fun, creative, dynamic, and dialogical. The Education Administration study program has policies and a management system for resolving student complaints and problems. There is a written standard operating procedure for student complaints and a problem management system.

In general, the class activity in this study program is the interaction between lecturers and students, and in certain classes were assisted with additional teaching tools that have been designed properly. Likewise, the OBE-based learning process in each subject must also follow the rule according to the Semester Learning Plan (RPS). The learning process through curricular activities must deliver in a systematic and structured manner through various courses and with a measurable learning load. The main type of OBE-based class is the process of assessing students' abilities by lecturers. Similar to the normal learning process, the OBE-based learning process also, through curricular activities, is required to use effective learning methods under the characteristics of the course to achieve certain abilities specified in the course in a series of fulfilling graduate learning outcomes. There are quite some OBE-based learning methods to choose from for implementing learning in courses, which include: group discussions, simulations, case studies, collaborative learning, cooperative learning, project-based learning, problem-based learning, or other learning methods, which can effectively facilitate the fulfillment of Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL). Each course in Library Science Study Program FIA UB uses one or a combination of several learning methods and is accommodated in the form of learning, namely in the form of: a. Studying; b. Responses and tutorials; c. Seminar; d. Field practice, work practice; e. Research, design, or development; f. Student exchange; h. Apprenticeship; i. Businessman; and/or j. Another form of community service.

The learning scheme of Program Belajar Merdeka - Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) in the Education Administration Study Program adheres to the Regulation of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Number 3 of 2020 Article 15 paragraph 1, which describes eight (8) options of learning activities outside universities. The learning activities are described as follows:

Semester Learning Plan

Appropriate strategies and methods are necessary to achieve learning outcomes. Lecturers have all the rights to construct an appropriate learning plan by adhering to the Educational Administration Study Program's learning outcomes. However, lecturers merely function as facilitators and motivators. The subject lecturers must comply with Semester Learning Plans, learning strategies, and learning methods to achieve the learning outcome. The lecturers may perform a short lecture or provide individual and group assignments. The assignments refer to case studies or article writing presented or discussed during the class. As such, the lecturers need to use student-centered learning or OBE. The following is the Semester Learning Plan of the Educational Administration Study Program 2022/2023.
