The Doctoral Program in Administrative Science (PDIA) FIA Universitas Brawijaya identified the needs of the community/business world and industry (DUDI) in the field of administrative science through a satisfaction survey of user partners and graduates of the study program in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The survey involved users of graduates, including BUMN, government agencies, universities, the private sector, and various other stakeholders. This survey revealed a number of important components needed by the community, including:
- Graduates are able to adapt to technological developments (digital transformation) both in the public and business sectors.
- Graduates have soft skills such as communication, critical thinking, problem solving using an interdisciplinary approach and working in a team.
- Graduates are able to develop scientific-based policies or regulations in the field of sustainability.
- Increased collaboration between study programs and partners from the public and business sectors in curriculum development, research and guest lecture teaching to ensure doctoral education remains relevant to user needs.
The results of the survey that has been conducted reveal the specific needs of the business and industry world (DUDI) and society in the field of administrative science. In response, we are committed to continuing to produce superior graduates who are not only experts in technical aspects, but also ready to face real challenges in the field.
