The Department of Business Administration is an important pillar in the higher education platform at our university. This department focuses on developing business administration knowledge which covers various vital aspects in today's business world. With a vision to create graduates who are competent, ethical, and ready to face the challenges of modern industry, this department offers education that is integrated with the latest theories and actual business practices.

Mission
Misi dari Departemen Administrasi Bisnis FIA UB, adalah
- Melaksanakan pengelolaan organisasi dengan tata kelola yang transparan dan akuntabel dengan semangat kebersamaan;
- Mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia, fasilitas pendukung, dan kerja sama yang berkesinambungan;
- Menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang efektif, efisien, inovatif, beretika dan berkelanjutan untuk menghasilkan sumber daya manusia unggul di bidang adminitrasi bisnis;
The Department of Business Administration offers five programs of study designed to meet a variety of student needs and interests. At the undergraduate level, there are three study programs that prospective students can choose from, namely the Business Administration undergraduate program which explores key aspects of business management and operations, the Taxation undergraduate program which offers an in-depth understanding of the taxation system and its implications in business, and the undergraduate program Tourism designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge to pursue a career in the ever-growing tourism industry.
Meanwhile, at postgraduate level, the department offers a Master of Administration Program targeting professionals who wish to develop their knowledge and skills in the field of business administration. This program combines theoretical study with a practical approach to ensure that graduates have the skills needed to lead in a competitive business environment. Additionally, the Doctoral Administration program provides a solid foundation for academic research and in-depth study in the field of administration, enabling graduates to become thought leaders in the industry.
With a team of academics consisting of experts in their fields, the department continuously updates its curriculum to maintain its relevance with the latest trends and developments in the business world.
