LECTURE ANNOUNCEMENTS AND HYBRID LECTURE DISTRIBUTION FLOW

ANNOUNCEMENT

Number : 2890/UN10.F03.01/PP/2022

Based on the Chancellor's Circular Letter Number: 2802/UN10/TU/2022, dated 25 February 2022 concerning HYBRID Lectures Even Semester Academic Year 2022, that the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) for Even Semester Academic Year 2021/2022 will be held online until the Mid Semester Examination (UTS) ). The offline teaching and learning process (PBM) / face-to-face learning (PTM) in hybrid stages is held after the Mid Semester Examination (UTS). Following are the changes to the class schedule during the Holy Month of Ramadhan 1443 H, starting April 4 2022 as follows:

MONDAY to THURSDAY

3	13.00 – 14.30	10.00 – 11.30
4	15.30 – 17.00	13.00 – 14.30

After the month of Ramadan, the class schedule returns to its original schedule.

HYBRID LECTURE DISTRIBUTION FLOW

While still paying attention to the health protocol with a limit on the number of classes, students and lecturers present on campus the maximum number of students per class is 50% of class capacity, with the following distribution:

1. Student attendance serial numbers 01 to 20 online lectures, from the ninth week to the fifteenth week of meetings (assuming the number of students is 40)

2. Student attendance numbers 21 to 40 enter hybrid lectures, starting from the ninth week to the fifteenth week of meetings (assuming the number of students is 40)

If the number per class is not the same as above, then you can adjust it by dividing it by 2 per class, with the division as above.
