1. Being a Presenter
Q: Do I have to pay some amount of fee for registering as a presenter?
No, there is no fee to pay for being a presenter. It’s completely free.
Q: Shall I send you the abstract first, or directly the full paper?
We prefer to have the second option: Once your paper is ready, go to the Registration and Submission page to submit your paper along with some identity of the author(s). No abstract submission in the beginning.
2. Being a Listener
Q: Do I have to pay some amount of fee for only coming to the event as a listener?
No, you don’t have to pay anything to register as a Listener. Simply go to the Registration and Submission page for signing yourself up, and get full access to the whole conference days.
Q: What are facilities you provide for Listeners?
For attended Listeners, we will provide you with e-certificate and a Book of Abstract.
3. Publication Opportunity
Q: Where will you publish papers from this conference?
The committee will review the incoming papers, then decide which publication outlet the paper will be sent to. There are a wide array of publication outlets provided in this conference, among others are Scopus-indexed journals, SINTA-indexed journals, and Proceedings with e-ISSN.
Q: Will papers presented in the conference be published in Scopus-indexed journals?
With regard to the peer-review process by the committee, selected papers will be submitted in available Scopus-indexed journals. However, the final decision as to whether your paper is accepted by the journal or not is fully the editor’s decision to make. We cannot intervene the internal peer-review process in each journal listed in our publication outlets.
Q: What is the indexing of your proceedings?
Our conference proceedings will be self-published and registered with e-ISSN.
