the purpose of study was describe and analysis the recruitment and selectionog teaching staff at Mulawarman University in order to fealize good governance, in order to be able to complate both nationally and internationally toward word class univercity and face the challeng of industrial revolution 4.0. required to be able to master three fields of literacy, namely literacy in the field of technology, humanities and artifical intelligence / al (artifical intelligence). the research methode use qualitative methode using data collection techneque from intervew , obsevation, and documentation.
