implementation of strategic management at thr mother and children health service in Malang Regency is done through Sutera Emas dan Emas Program. Both Programs is Grand Strategy of Malang regency to incease the societal helath level measured from the AKI dan AKB indicator. for that, the research aimed at describing and analyzing the implementation of sutera emas dan emas progma based of strategic management persfective and identifyang the aobstacles occured and producing alternative strategy for accleration in decrease the AKI adn AKB . so the used research methide is qualitative by using descriptive analysis and foresight in decrease approacehes and methods.
