The Nine Master Keys of Management
This is not a book designed to tell readers about the classic theories of management. There are already many good books that do so. Instead, this book sets down in explicit fashion just what it is that a manager must do if he is to achieve profitable results. In so doing, this text does not overlook the classic rationale of "plan-act-control," Neither does it slight the justified stress that social scientists place on the role of organizational structures and dynamics. What this text does, however, is to relate such basic philosophical concerns to nine immensely realistic-and effective-techniques, or keys, for managing effectively.
