Short Term<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Mapping lecturers&#8217; area of expertise<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Assisted Subjects were aligned between areas of expertise with teaching, supervising a theses and internship by considering aspects of equalization;<\/li>\n<li>Development studies center (laboratory) that based on specialization \/ concentration courses as a base linkage development of teaching, research, and community service;<\/li>\n<li>Opening of new courses: administration of education and development planning;<\/li>\n<li>Opening English as an International Class embryos; and<\/li>\n<li>The lecturer of \u00a0Public Administration is using \u00a0the &#8220;Knowledge Garden Brawijaya (BKG)&#8221; in order to publish their scientific works.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Long Term\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div>Achievement of ISO 9000;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Encourage faculty to increase financial support for lecturers\u00a0to continue their education;<\/li>\n<li>Increased transparency, accountability, and fairness in every activity to create professionalism in resource management;<\/li>\n<li>Improving the curriculum of 2007 that adapted to global standards;<\/li>\n<li>Making cooperation with the user where the student conduct an internship \u00a0with related institutions. This cooperation is a bridge that draws prospective graduates to the labor market;<\/li>\n<li>Increase the number of research, books and scientific papers as well as formal education lecturers thereby increasing the functional positions of lecturers as well as the existence of the Department;<\/li>\n<li>All lecturers Department of Public Administration FAS\u00a0UB who want to study further abroad have followed courses in English and other foreign languages in accordance with the needs of host institution; and<\/li>\n<li>Lecturer of \u00a0Public Administration \u00a0granted assistance to perform application tasks studying abroad, with the help of connecting to several universities abroad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>More can be seen in\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/fia.ub.ac.id\/lama\/publik\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/2013\/08\/3.-Proker-Jurusan.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Proker Jurusan Administrasi Publik 2009-2013<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Work Program of \u00a0Public Administration Department in 2009-2013 1.
