Authors who intend to present their papers have to register<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0for the OCS (Open Conference System) paper submission by creating a login\/username and password. Please remember and keep your login name and password at all time.<\/span><\/p>\n

Payment for registration is done separately, and authors can begin the process as soon as they receive notification for paper acceptance. Authors who do not register and pay the registration fee will not be considered for presentation and publication.<\/span><\/p>\n

All registered authors will receive a presenter certificate, and are entitled to conference material, food\/refreshments during the conference, and proceeding\/journal publication of their papers if they meet the publication requirements set by the conference editors\/publishers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participants that do not present papers shall register separately by paying the designated registration fee in order to get admission to the sessions and receive a certificate of attendance. Paying participants are entitled to conference material and food\/refreshments during the conference.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
